Reshipment Policy – We ship all our customers orders within 24/48 hours of confirmed payment, all orders are fully tracked, sometimes issues happen which are beyond our control and your package maybe held by customs or on the rare occasion lost. When this happens we offer free reshipping on all orders, delivery times are generally 7 to 10 days under normal conditions but we ask all customers to please allow up to 25 working days before asking for a reshipment, after this period of time if your package is not received we will re-ship your order free of charge. If you do not receive this second package after the 25 working day period (which is extremely rare) we would then add you any missing products to any new order you place (You really cannot lose getting your products from us).
