Reshipment Policy

At EtizoLab.com, we process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is not received within 15 working days, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer a free reshipment or refund. Please note that reshipments are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we may require up to 25 working days to assess the situation fully.

Refunds are available within 28 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. After 28 days, refunds are not available.
